The view from the balcony was stunning, and I even received a free cocktail for my birthday upon check-in. The hotel's location was great, as it was near a beautiful park and the beach, with easy parking available. The pool area and dining area were both clean and well-maintained, and the food was excellent. The staff at the pool bar were friendly and provided good service.

This hotel is located down a very steep hill, which might be a hassle for some guests. However, it is conveniently near the beach and a variety of restaurants. it is close to a beach park and marina, perfect for family outings.

The walls in this hotel are as thin as a piece of paper, so noise from other guests can be quite bothersome.

The hotel is situated just a short stroll away from Benalmadena beach, making it convenient for guests looking to soak up the sun or enjoy a leisurely walk along the promenade. The location is central, providing easy access to the main attractions in the area. The rooms are kept spotless by the attentive maids, ensuring a comfortable stay. On top of that, guests can enjoy excellent views from certain rooms, such as room 527, which offers breathtaking vistas.

The rental towels for the pool are priced a bit higher than expected, at around 8€.

The hotel provided daily room service with fresh towels, and bedding was changed every two days. The pool area was surrounded by a grassy area and pine trees, offering a peaceful atmosphere. the staff were pleasant and the food at breakfast had a good variety.

The hotel lacked proper temperature control for the swimming pool, resulting in extremely cold water throughout the stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the shops and restaurants. , it was situated in a quiet area, away from the noise of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast and dinner were very satisfactory, with lots of variety in dishes to choose from. The pool was clean, and there were plenty of sunbeds available.

The rooms were a bit dated, and some areas of the hotel needed some refurbishing. The hill leading up to the hotel was quite steep, which made it difficult to walk up.

our room was lovely and light and clean, with a pool view. TV and Aircon worked, shower was good, and we even had a kettle in our room. Breakfast had lots of choices and pastries, and the staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. The outdoor area was superb, with plenty of space and sun loungers. The gym had a decent selection of equipment for a 3-star hotel. Great value for the area and season.

The value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable. The location was convenient, although the uphill walk from the sea front might be challenging for some. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant, especially in accommodating my daughter's gluten-free meals. The pool area was always clean and well-maintained.

Breakfast choices could be improved with more variety.

Our room at Thb San Fermin was simple but clean, with new furniture and a newly furnished bathroom. The friendly personnel made us feel welcome during our stay. We also appreciated the free parking slots in front of the hotel, as it made it convenient for us to explore the area.

During our stay, we encountered a minor issue with the room. We had requested a double bed but were given two single beds pushed together instead.

Stayed for a weekend city trip and had a great time. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. The food in the buffet restaurant was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The hotel is in a good location, just a short walk to the marina and town centre. The pool area was lovely, and although there was a charge for sunbeds, it was worth it for the great value of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel could use some maintenance, as it looked a bit worn and could use a fresh coat of paint. The rooms were a bit small, but manageable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe how affordable it was. Secondly, the staff were so attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. Additionally, the rooms were newly renovated and in great condition, with fantastic air conditioning to keep us cool during the hot weather. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee which was top-notch.

All was just perfect during my stay.
