the verge was a delightful stay from start to finish. we were warmly welcomed by natalie upon arrival and enjoyed impeccable service from oliver in the restaurant. the central location was convenient and the rooms were lovely, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day. the breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even offering secure bike storage for our unique mode of transportation. cons: everything was amazing! 😊.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially when our luggage got misplaced. The location was convenient, with free parking available. The facilities were clean and of good quality. there were some issues with front desk management and obtaining a correct tax invoice, which was frustrating. The beds were comfortable, but some guests may find them too soft.

The hotel had a awesome location, super clean and modern vibe - loved the comfy bed and the blackout curtains, plus the private car park was a major convenience! 😊 They had a gym and a guest laundry, which were tempting, although we didn't get to use them. .

The first time I stayed, the staff kindly arranged an early check, in. It suits me perfectly. With Wi, Fi, a bar, fitness center, and a flat. I am coming back for another trip here.

I recently stayed at this exquisite boutique hotel and I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay. This place is located in a superb area, close to a variety of dining options so I never had to go far to find something to eat. The service housekeeping was exceptional, ensuring my room was always clean and tidy. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities and much more. The soundproofed rooms ensured I had a peaceful and restful night's sleep while enjoying the comfort of a twin bed. During my stay, I was able to enjoy the leisure facilities, such as the fitness center and bar/lounge area, which made my trip even more enjoyable.

I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Verge in Launceston. The modern design and spaciousness of the hotel impressed me, especially the high ceilings and the sleek bathroom with a waterfall shower head. The TV placement in front of the bed made me feel like I had my own private movie theater. The location was excellent, with popular shopping destinations, the city park, and a vibrant farmers market nearby. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite limited parking, there were alternative options available. The only minor drawbacks were the lack of a mini bar and some housekeeping issues in other rooms. I highly recommend staying at Verge for a wonderful experience.

Convenient location, modern and stylish rooms and restaurant. Food and service in the restaurant was very good. Rooms were well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Having access to a full pay TV service including movies for free was an added bonus. Wi-Fi was also very good. The bathroom and especially the shower were really a drawcard! My very short interaction with staff was friendly and helpful. And if you're lucky like me, the free parking at the premises was a real bonus.

The hotel offered complementary drinks upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was great, as we were able to walk to many restaurants and shops. the hotel had a relaxing vibe which made for a peaceful stay.

The lot was full and we had to park further away than we would have liked. the hot water went out during our stay which was a bit inconvenient.
