As a family of five, we had a delightful stay at Awana House. The family suite on the 4th floor was perfect for our needs, offering a spacious open space for the kids to play. The location within the old city was quiet and convenient, with great dining options nearby. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing daily room cleaning and complimentary water. The breakfast served each morning was delicious, particularly the muesli. a wonderful experience!

I recently stayed at a cozy bed and breakfast in Chiang Mai and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with Tha Phae gate and the bustling markets just steps away. Despite being so centrally located, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The host at Awana House was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. Their friendliness and helpfulness truly made my stay memorable. The refreshing pool was a great way to cool off, and the lovely breakfast in the morning was a delightful start to the day. The little garden at the entrance instantly created a relaxed atmosphere.

Although my room at Awana House was comfortable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The bed was quite firm, which may suit some guests but didn't quite suit my preference.

My recent stay at Awana House was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the action at Thapae Gate. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially May and Wau. The Thai food on the menu was absolutely incredible, I couldn't get enough of the green curry for breakfast. The decor of the guest house was beautiful both inside and out. Despite a few minor inconveniences like intermittent electrical power in my room and being woken up by noise from the adjacent kitchen, I would definitely stay at Awana House again. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Chiang Mai.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this budget hotel. It exceeded my expectations greatly. The location was tucked away off the main road, making it super quiet. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff, especially the manager Waew, were friendly and always ready to help. The bed was firm but comfortable, and the pool was a refreshing treat after a day of exploring. The hotel is also conveniently close to great restaurants and attractions.

I recently stayed at Awana House for 10 days and it was a little paradise in the city center. The staff, especially Mint, were incredibly kind and helpful. The location was great, close to Tha Phae Gate and within walking distance of the night market and street food market. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice sitting area at the front of the hotel. My favorite part was the upstairs hangout area with a view of the mountains. The pool was also a nice feature. This has been my favorite stay during my travels!

The pool is quite cold, limiting the enjoyment to only dipping one's feet in for a quick cool down.
