The hotel's location is perfect, right in the centre of town with easy walking distance to everything we needed. The room was small but luxurious, and the bathroom, although semi-private, had a unique glass dividing feature. The service was exceptional, with attentive and helpful staff. The breakfast was simple but delicious, especially the bread. The hotel also had nice touches like the complimentary wine and cheese happy hour, which was a pleasant surprise.

The staff could improve their customer service focus and be less engrossed in their computers.

The staff made me feel like a treasured guest, with wine and cheese in the afternoon and a delicious continental breakfast in the morning. The location was perfect, surrounded by fun restaurants and close to the pier for a ferry ride to Rottnest Island. The hotel had a modern and comfortable atmosphere with special touches like a coffee machine in the room and a free wine and cheese get together at 5pm. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was centrally located in the historic heart of Fremantle. The room was well-designed using shipping containers and there were bikes available for use. There were also trendy bars and cafes nearby.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the welcoming staff and great location near bars and restaurants. The breakfast offerings were delicious and provided a perfect start to our busy days. The bed was comfortable and the room clean and comfortable. a great choice for a smaller hotel experience.

The free drinks during happy hour were awesome and the staff was always ready to chat. the hotel is in a prime location, right in the middle of all the action. the room decor was nice and made us feel at home.

The room was incredibly small, making it a tight squeeze for both of us and our luggage. there was a leftover sock on the floor from the previous guest which suggested not enough attention was paid to cleaning.

After a long and tiring drive from Geraldton, we arrived somewhat weary but excited to be in such a great location. What a lovely welcome.a complimentary glass of wine and an invite to join the wine and cheese hour was offered immediately. This totally energized us and we were able to regroup and start exploring after our 'rest'. The accommodation is unique, in a building with a direct link to history. The staff are exceptional. Great location, just around the corner from the cafe/restaurant strip and walking distance to main attractions.
