We had a fantastic stay here. The location was perfect for our visit, offering easy access to the eastern and southern suburbs. The new and modern building provided spacious and well-appointed rooms. The beds, bedding, and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We loved the floor-to-ceiling windows that offered a stunning view of the surroundings, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch for uninterrupted rest. The bathroom was well-designed, with a spacious shower and discreet censor lighting. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The staff seemed unprepared and inexperienced. They were unsure of how to answer some of our questions and at times gave conflicting information.

Friendly reception staff arranged a takeaway breakfast box for my work. Impressive restaurant quality, worth returning as a non-guest. Excellent desk staff with seamless check-in. Hot shower options and comfortable, clean room made a difficult day better. Family-friendly rooms arranged at ease.
