the ‘warm’ staff were actually quite strange, asking where my ‘husband’ was, which was off-putting. also, the restaurant windows were wide open on a windy day, making everyone freeze. i almost wrote a good review, but the shattered illusion of supposed comfort was simply too much. as if i wouldn't expect something better as a distinguished guest.
