Shuttle service was chaotic. driver arrived late.

i also ordered a double room with two beds but was tucked into a room with three beds, leaving me to sacrifice space for luggage. honestly, i expected a complimentary upgrade for all the trouble, but who am i kidding?

Noise from outside is disruptive, especially in rooms facing the main road!!! The heating and air conditioning systems need better maintenance!!! The bathrooms are showing neglect with leaky fixtures and inadequate cleanliness!!! Wi-Fi connectivity issues were frustrating!!! The front desk staff could use more training to avoid mix-ups with room assignments!!!

i had the absolute displeasure of dealing with uncomfortable beds, two mismatched mattresses that made me question my sanity! plus, the noise insulation was non-existent, hearing my neighbors like they were in my room. it would’ve been nice if a complimentary gesture was offered to ease my inconvenience, but i guess that’s too much to ask.

The free breakfast was really good with a lot of options to choose from. The internet connection was poor and barely worked during my stay.

my twin bedroom was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and a fridge. breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the staff were super friendly. the location was handy for catching flights to the airport. There was a big supermarket nearby. the dinner at the hotel restaurant was really good too.

The room was cozy and had everything I needed for my overnight stay. The restaurant served an excellent breakfast that was a real highlight. After a long day, I enjoyed the vending machines that were super handy and made it easy to grab a snack, and I could unwind in the leisure area while watching TV. Just a small note, the room was on the snug side, but it was comfortable enough for a night. 😊

The service was great, Yasser in the restaurant was a lifesaver helping me with my dietary needs. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the staff made sure everything was fresh, I felt grateful for that.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but it was acceptable.
