We had a fantastic stay at Indigo in Brisbane! The bed and pillows were so comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. It was such a nice surprise to come back to a serviced room after a long day out. The staff, especially the blonde woman on evenings, were incredibly eager to please and had a great attitude. The cleaning staff were also friendly and accommodating. We loved our room overlooking the river and even got to see the Christmas fireworks at night. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Queens St Mall and boat docks. The hotel was also welcoming to kids, which was a big plus. it was a great choice for our trip to Brisbane.

The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The smart TV and USB charging ports were a nice touch. The bed was soft and cozy, and I loved the option of different pillows. The bathroom was luxurious, with botanical soaps and creams and a refreshing waterfall shower. The breakfast spread was delicious, with both cooked and cold options, and the barista coffee was a treat. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Being an IHG member gave me added perks like early check-in and late checkout.

I felt very lucky during my stay here, as I had absolutely nothing to complain about.

The complementary drinks were a nice touch and the location of the hotel was just perfect for the new year's celebration. Plus, the hotel has a great rooftop area where we enjoyed an amazing view of the fireworks.

The room smelled a bit musty and could have been cleaner. the carpets needed a good vacuum and there were some stains on the sheets.

The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the Mall & Casino, as well as the train and bus terminal. You can explore the city's attractions on foot and there are plenty of shops and transport links nearby. The rooms are clean, neat, and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is well-maintained, and the check-in process was efficient. Plus, the fact that you can check in early is a real bonus for international travelers.

It would have been great if there was an in-room safe provided, especially for guests who have laptops and wish to keep them secure during their stay.

The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We were delighted to have late check out until 12pm, which was a massive bonus for our afternoon flight. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the buffet breakfast with plenty of delicious options, including waffles and pancakes. The location was perfect, right in the CBD and within walking distance to Eagle Street, bars, restaurants, Queen Street Mall.
