We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Spiez with a superb location by the lakeside, under the castle, and right next to the boat landing stage. The room we stayed in had modern design and all the necessary amenities, including a lovely lake view. The Italian restaurant at the hotel was excellent, providing delicious food with generous portions. The hotel also served a good breakfast, with the added bonus of Prosecco. The free coffee machine in the hall was a nice touch as well. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful position and great dining options.

This hotel is located right on the edge of the lake, offering breathtaking views of the water from the rooms with balconies. The nautical feel of the rooms on the first floor adds a charming touch. The basic amenities provided, including a fan in the room, ensure a comfortable stay even without air-conditioning. The breakfast served here is also delightful, with a variety of options to choose from.

Breakfast by the lake was a delightful experience. the staff were nice and accommodating. the hotel also provided facilities for people with motion disabilities. Swimming in the lake was a highlight of our stay. We highly recommend Boutique Hotel Riviera.

Christmas at this hotel was enjoyable due to the two complementary drink vouchers on arrival and the boxes of Christmas chocolates left in our room. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the lake and easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. the cozy fireplace in the lobby also added to the festive atmosphere.

The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry our luggage up to our room on the higher floor. the self-check-in process was confusing and time-consuming.

We had an incredible stay at this charming hotel located right on the water, next to the castle. The location was perfect, as we could easily hop on the lake ferry right at the small harbor and explore the surrounding areas. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delightful, and we enjoyed eating right by the lake with the stunning view. Plus, we loved taking advantage of the free bus transport to the railway station.

Some maintenance issues were present in the room, such as a loose bedside table and a faulty bedside lamp.

The rooms were clean, cozy, and fragrant with candles. The balconies offered beautiful river views. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, with the ferry right outside and the train station within walking distance. It was a great choice for older people. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant served excellent food. The hotel had free parking and a lovely view of the lake.
