I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the location. Even though it's in a not-so-nice area, it's only a short 3-minute walk to the Southern Cross Station and the surrounding area is very convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, providing me with excellent service from room service to laundry. The amenities were fantastic, including a fitness studio and a sun terrace, as well as free Wi-Fi, a business center, and express check-in/-out. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed, including ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning.

It's a great location for business travelers or solo travelers, but I wouldn't recommend it for families.

Got free coffee and tea! Got an upgrade to a better room as well! the hotel was very near our destination and we didn't have a hard time finding it.

The elevator was a mess! Only one of the two elevators was working and the button to select the floor was damaged.
