The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by their friendliness, interest, and good local knowledge. As frequent travellers, we appreciate when the staff goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the location was extremely convenient, making it easy to explore the city and visit popular landmarks like the Vic Market and Melbourne Museum.

One aspect that could be improved is the size of the room. It felt a bit cramped, especially with the small window.
