the staff were lovely and helpful, the room was easy to find and in a great location. the bed was clean and comfortable. our family of 4 fit comfortably in the room, and it was affordable. in-house meals were delicious, and the flexible shower head was a nice touch!

Appreciated the spacious room with a nice view and ample car parks on-site. the traffic noise in our room was a bit noticeable due to the location near two major roads, but overall, it wasn't a big deal. My recent stay at Ibis Styles was absolutely delightful. The breakfast selection was plentiful and the evening dining experience was top-notch in terms of service and quality of food. The rooms were impeccably clean, tidy, and well-presented. What impressed me the most was the warm welcome we received from the reception staff, who recognized us as returning guests and made us feel like part of the family. The online brochure truly reflected the actual experience we had at the hotel.

While the jug not fitting under the tap was a minor inconvenience, it is common in most hotels. Additionally, there was some traffic noise due to the hotel's location at a junction of several roads, but this was to be expected.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location may not be in the main center, but it is conveniently close to the large warehouse stores and the beautiful Mawson Lakes area. Despite being in an industrial area, this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and service. The rooms were well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and the managers were fantastic and very friendly. The highlight of our stay was definitely the dining experience. The food was delicious, especially the desserts. Trust me, you need to try them! this hotel offers great value for money and we would highly recommend it to everyone.
