The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my anniversary special, offering us complimentary champagne to celebrate. The room was quiet and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The buffet breakfast included in our booking was a great way to start the day.

Upgrade to Intercontinental Club was mind-blowing! Great location, friendly staff, pool and gym available. Spacious and luxurious room with a fantastic bathroom. Plentiful and delicious breakfast with fresh juice bar and endless lattes. Afternoon tea service and canapés/wines in the lounge area were jaw-dropping. Friendly and continuous service throughout. A super way to celebrate our 70th birthdays!

As adventure travelers, we absolutely loved the pool and gym facilities at the hotel. The architecture and setup of the lobby and bar were also impressive. The location was ideal for us, as we enjoy walking and it was central to all the places we wanted to visit. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and very generous. Special shout out to the amazing service we received from the concierge Belinda and Anita at the restaurant, they truly made our stay even better!

We were amazed by the level of service provided by the concierge, Hector. When we lost our mobile in a taxi, he went above and beyond to help us retrieve it. He tirelessly made multiple calls to the taxi company and even reported the incident to the police. He personally went to the police station late at night to pick up our mobile, showing incredible dedication and kindness. We are so grateful for his support.

My partner and I stayed at the Intercontinental for our anniversary and had a fantastic experience. The central location made it easy to explore the city and access public transportation. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special - they even gave us a voucher for complimentary glasses of Mumm champagne to celebrate our anniversary. The upgrade to the junior suite with access to the club lounge was well worth it, with spacious accommodations and exceptional service from the staff there. a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We loved the clean and quiet room, with a small internal balcony. The breakfast was amazing, with a chef cooking eggs to our liking, a wide variety of choices, and the option to create our own freshly squeezed juice. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we even made friends with the chef making omelettes. The facilities, including the pool, spa, and gym, were excellent. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions.
