Staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND with an unexpected room upgrade and an unforgettable dining experience at Audrey's. the Atrium's ambiance was top-notch, and the property, pool area, and cocktails were super delightful. the big rooms, stunning bay views, and incredible service at every corner made for an unforgettable stay.

The airconditioner in the room kept turning off, leaving the room incredibly hot at times. there were construction stains on the floor, which took away from the overall cleanliness of the room.

After a gentle interrogation of the labyrinth that masqueraded as the heritage suite hallways , we surfaced to a dated homage to concrete out our terrace window. redemption came in plush robes and a cozy bed. the Conti's feast was a flash of brightness in the cloud of disappointment. A late checkout saved me from escaping into the dreary day too soon, my surfboard daydreams slipping through my fingers. Cheers to more ice and smoother waves next time! Awaiting a symphony of improvement.

Receptionist Aliya and Angelina from the spa were exceptional. the bath house experience was unique and phenomenal. the pool and spa area was amazing, with a complimentary mini bar and great coffee machine. the hotel's charming, relaxed atmosphere made our stay delightful.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options available to suit everyone's tastes. the hotel's location was ideal, situated in a peaceful area, but still within easy reach of local amenities.

The lack of an available courtesy bus made it difficult to explore other nearby entertainment venues. the vanity box in the bathroom was empty, and there could have been more drinking water provided in the room.
