During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the high-quality facilities and stylish decor of the hotel. the hotel's prime location in the heart of the old business district was convenient for exploring the city. the rooftop swimming area was a highlight, allowing for a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

There were some areas that need improvement in terms of service. the staff seemed inexperienced and untrained, resulting in basic issues such as minibar drinks not being replaced regularly and confusion regarding external deliveries.

The room at Rosewood was absolutely amazing, with high-quality fixtures and a comfortable, clean atmosphere. The bathroom and shower were fantastic, and I especially loved the rooftop swimming area. The unique and comfortable entrance and check-in area added to the overall positive experience.

Although there were some drawbacks, such as the service not being up to par with a well-regarded hotel and the staff needing more training, these were not the fault of the personnel but rather a reflection of hotel policies. Additionally, the hotel's parking fee was not announced upfront, which was an unpleasant surprise.
