I recently stayed at The Island for a few nights in Surfers Paradise. The location was perfect, close to public transport, supermarkets, bars. The hotel had great security measures with key card access for the elevator and rooms, as well as a safe with a pin. The room itself was well-appointed, with dimmable lights, a rain shower, and a fridge. The staff were amazing, always smiling and willing to help. a fantastic stay with good value for money.

The staff were beyond friendly and super happy to help with every request we had. The room was top-notch, and we loved all the amenities provided. We had such a great time staying at The Island. The room had a cool industrial feel, perfect for a short stay. It was clean, tidy, and very modern. Goldie's Restaurant was beautiful, and we upgraded our breakfast each morning to try their amazing dishes. The staff were lovely, friendly, and professional. We can't wait to come back again!

Stayed at The Island for 5 nights and had a fantastic time. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and attractions. The room was large and clean, comfortably fitting 4 adults with two balconies. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed at!

Our city break was enjoyable, with two complimentary facts offered when we got into our huge room that was well equipped with nice furnishings. the location was perfect, just a short walk to main attractions, while the third advantage was the luxurious and comfortable beds.

We had a manager who seemed to have no interest in us or our order. We had to find menus ourselves, and even simple requests like table water were treated like an inconvenience.

We stayed at a hotel close to everything on the boulevard and enjoyed several advantages. The modern room had a cozy balcony with a nice view. Additional amenities included USB charging sockets, a hair dryer with an extra comb, and a large round table. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making for an overall positive service experience.

The breakfast could have been better, leaving something to be desired in terms of food quality.

We stumbled upon The Island after a hectic Christmas and it was the perfect escape for some quality time together. The chic and unique rooms, with their wood and black matte finishes, offered stunning views of the ocean and mountains. The location couldn't be better, with restaurants all around and the iconic Q1 just a short walk away. The rooftop bar was bustling and the food from the Bistro was absolutely delicious. The staff at reception, especially Dean, made us feel incredibly welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. Truly fantastic in every way!

One small improvement that could be made is to enhance the variety of options available for the morning meal.

The room was lovely and the bed was super comfy. I also enjoyed the variety of entertainment options available through the television. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the bustling area. It was so convenient to be able to explore all the surrounding attractions and restaurants easily.

the pool area lacked shade and was quite noisy due to the nearby road. However, I understand that this is to be expected in such a central location.

We paid extra for a sea view but got a street view. However, Dean at concierge was fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The location is great and the unique interior style adds to the experience. recommended.
