What a nightmare! Arrived late and couldn’t find the reception, which was frustrating. After multiple calls, I waited ages to get let in, all while it was pouring rain and felt unsafe outside. Totally ruined my experience!

The room reeked of smoke, which was awful for my asthma. I asked to switch rooms but was told none were available. It was frustrating, and I had to keep the windows shut.

The spacious, clean apartment had great amenities, including a comfortable bed, dishwasher, and washing machine, which made our stay convenient. The indoor/outdoor balcony was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy views of the nearby park. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Convention Centre and South Bank. I appreciated the nearby cafe and the friendly staff. Despite minor traffic noise, our experience was relaxing, and I would definitely return!

Stayed here for a 3, night getaway. the well, designed one, bedroom apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Balcony with concertina windows and pleasant views over Musgrave Park. Convenient location to cafes, QPAC, and more. Secure parking provided and minor issues promptly addressed.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Vine Serviced Apartments was fantastic. The apartment was spacious and well-designed, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a two-minute walk to the BCEC. We also appreciated the off-street parking, which made it convenient for us to explore the area. The hotel's emphasis on security was commendable, as we had to be buzzed in at the front entrance. we had a quiet and comfortable stay.

We had a great stay at this serviced apartment. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the attractions in the area. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with modern amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure that all our needs were taken care of. We especially enjoyed the large balcony, perfect for enjoying the view and relaxing. we were very satisfied with our stay.

Exceptionally clean apartment, comfy beds, wonderful café with best coffee, friendly staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, air con and wifi worked well.

Great location, free parking and ample space. The apartment had ample space and was equipped with everything we needed. the location was great as it was just a short walk away from the convention center and the park. We also enjoyed the complimentary parking and the fact that we did not have to struggle to look for a parking spot.

Noisy at night and unhelpful staff. we found the staff to be unhelpful and rude.
