This hotel was very good, close to the Main Street and a short drive to the Lookouts. The location is convenient, but I didn't expect it to be on top of a bar. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the rooms were modern and clean. I would also highly recommend the Bistro downstairs.

All in all, everything was ok.

We had a romantic escape in the Blue Mountains and we enjoyed the new furnishing of the room. the hotel has a great location, walking distance from everything we needed and we had a comfortable sleep despite the advertised noise.

We encountered a few inconveniences. the bathroom was not cleaned properly and the shower had poor design causing water to spill all over the floor.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were affordable, especially considering its great location close to all the sights and the main street. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms, although small, had all the basic amenities and were clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed having a room on the ground floor with my own bathroom, as well as windows opening to the inner courtyard.

All was okay, but there is room for improvement in terms of noise during the day.

The noise level from the beer garden downstairs can be unbearable at times.

Convenient option to enjoy a meal and drinks without having to venture out in the cold. Friendly staff provided maps and suggestions. Great food and service in the restaurant, exceeded pub quality. Central location with friendly and welcoming staff.

The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, assisting us in locating the parking area when we were a bit lost. The location of the hotel was central, making it convenient to access various attractions in the area. The food at the bistro was outstanding, particularly the chicken parmigiana which was the best I've ever had. Despite some minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
