The staff was friendly and accommodating, eager to assist us with anything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and had a nice view of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast buffet provided a good selection of food to start our day off right.

The wifi was extremely slow and practically unusable. , the noise from the ongoing construction nearby was quite disruptive, making it difficult to relax in our room.

Helpful staff fixed my trekking shoes and cleaned them after our motorbike tour. Room cleaned daily with a balcony and nice view. Breakfast at sister hotel nearby was great and staff escorted us there. Good WiFi and a Smart TV in room. Very close to Sapa Express shuttle office.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sa Pa. The value for money was exceptional, with prices that were very reasonable considering the quality of service and amenities provided. The attention to detail was impressive, from the well-planned arrangements for early check-in and shower facilities to the thoughtful gesture of sharing the recipe for their delicious welcoming tea. The location of the hotel up a small slope offered a peaceful retreat away from the ongoing construction in the center, while still being conveniently close to the main attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I was lucky enough to have a balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains.

Everything was perfect, no complaints!

The hotel had a great location overlooking Sapa church and Sapa Garden. The room was well equipped with fast wifi, AC, and hot water. The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. Complimentary amenities were provided, and the room was clean and well-maintained.

The staff at Sapa Garden went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even cleaned our muddy hiking shoes after a long trek. The room was spacious and clean, and the heating kept us cozy despite the cool temperatures outside. The breakfast at the neighboring hotel was delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The location was perfect, close to the center of town and convenient for exploring. I highly recommend Sapa Garden for a fantastic stay in Sa Pa.
