My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. the housekeeping service was top-notch, keeping the room clean and tidy every day. the friendly staff made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. the pub attached to the accommodation offered delicious food and the staff there were exceptional. the location allowed me to easily visit friends and do some great shopping in the area - a major plus point.

There were a couple of areas that could be improved upon. the musty smell in the room was quite off-putting and could benefit from better ventilation or a thorough carpet cleaning.

This hotel is conveniently located near a variety of 24-hour food options, including restaurants, and is also close to Keysborough Golf Course and a shopping centre. The rooms are cleaned daily and the staff attend to guests' needs promptly. There is a Sports Bar that offers good quality meals at affordable prices, and there are multiple TVs and a large screen for entertainment while dining.

The hotel lacks a designated smoking area, which can result in the smell of cigarette smoke wafting into the rooms from neighboring balconies.

Spent my New Year's Eve in a recently renovated motel located in a very convenient area. the room was tidy, with two comfy beds, and even provided free bottles of water in the fridge. the Wi-Fi worked well and the TV size was excellent for relaxing at night.

Noise was a significant issue due to being located next to a busy open bar and main road. This caused a disturbance in the early morning, and there was also no sound isolation from the neighbors.

Comfortable beds, clean linen, and convenient location near friends and family. Direct bus access and walking distance to shopping center. Responsive and efficient housekeeping. Easy parking outside room for convenience.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a busy suburban area. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with a king bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The dining room facilities were excellent, offering a wonderful dinner experience. Moreover, the hotel's attention to detail was evident in the provision of ample toiletries and coffee/tea making sachets in the rooms. The location at a busy intersection in the center of a residential suburb was convenient for exploring the area.

No improvement needed, everything was just fine.

The comfortable bed and clean room and bathroom were impressive. The convenient location near a shopping center and the fact that the room stayed cool even on a hot day were great. The included breakfast and the restaurant with nice food were a bonus. The helpfulness of the staff and the spaciousness of the room were also highlights.
