The value for money was a bit high, but that's expected during Easter. The room at Kiama Shores was clean and comfortable, with nice amenities. The hotel's central location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. The staff were incredibly helpful and answered all our questions.

Located right in the center of town, Kiama Shores is perfectly situated close to bars, restaurants, and markets. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel offers a decent-sized fridge and a nice big flat-screen TV with access to Fox. There is also a spa tub for a relaxing soak.

The bathrooms feel a bit dated, and the taps could use replacing.

This place has an amazing location right in town opposite the park. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, helping us check in early for a wedding. The room amenities, like the ironing facilities and tea and coffee, were a nice touch. Plus, the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were very relaxing.

We had no complaints about this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Excellent location in the heart of Kiama and close to the local shopping strip. The check-in experience was smooth and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our room was ready for early check-in. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was extremely clean. The pool was a great addition to our stay. Despite some minor drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect as it was situated right in town, opposite the park. It was so convenient to be within walking distance of the main street and the beautiful coastal rock pool. The hotel's elevated position offered a stunning view of the surroundings, especially during the entertainment happening in the region that weekend. The hotel's staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area to relax.

Great surprise to find the hotel right in the heart of town, walking distance to everything. Pubs, cafes, and the beach were just a stone's throw away. the kids were thrilled to have breakfast at one of the nearby cafes, which offered excellent value. the location was lovely and quiet, and the pool was a great way to keep the kids entertained in the heat. We also enjoyed exploring Jamberoo and checking out Saddleback Mountain and the Illawarra Fly Tree Top walk. All in all, it was a fun and enjoyable stay at the Shores.

Hard to think of anything negative, 🤔 the sofa bed was not very comfortable.
