We stayed in a room that wasn't very big, but that was okay because we didn't spend much time in it. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The spa bath was a great size and perfect for a couple's getaway. The staff was friendly and the hotel had free parking, which was a big plus. The location was close to the hospital we had to attend, so it was convenient for us.

The phone reception in the room was very poor, which was a bit frustrating.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were impressed by its high level of comfort and quality services. The location down the centre of the "bed" was very convenient, especially since we had to attend a nearby hospital. Despite not being close to the tram stops, this place provided us with easy access to the surrounding area. The room itself was immaculate and well-presented, with a spacious bed and a lovely bathroom featuring a spa bath. The tea/coffee facilities and fridge were a nice touch, and there was plenty of storage space for our belongings. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the small gym, pool, and spa facilities available. we had a comfortable and relaxing experience at this hotel.

The only minor issue we noticed was the limited parking availability due to a function at the bistro. It would be helpful if the hotel could reserve parking spaces for guests during such events.

The free drink upon arrival and the complimentary breakfast were nice touches. the hotel's location was great, just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The carpets were stained and the overall appearance of the room was not great. the shower pressure wasn't good and there was no hot water for a period of time.
