During a recent business trip to Rockhampton, my director selected Quality Resort Parkhurst for our accommodation, and I must say it was a brilliant choice. the experience at the resort was fantastic, with various amenities that truly enhanced our stay. the outdoor pool and fitness center were a great way to unwind after a long day of work. the steps leading into the pool were especially convenient for me due to my knee issues. the rooms were lovely and clean, and the staff service was exceptional throughout our entire stay. the food at the onsite restaurant was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals there.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, providing the best service we have experienced in a long time. They were super friendly and always happy to help with any request. the room was clean and a great size, with a very clean bathroom. the restaurant served beautiful food at very reasonable prices. the pool was fantastic, and there were plenty of chairs and tables to relax around.

One thing that could be improved is that the kitchen closes early, making it inconvenient if you arrive late and miss the opportunity to eat. the bed was a bit hard for my liking, but that's just personal preference.

the spacious apartment was great value, staff were friendly, and the in-house restaurant convenient. Only downsides were close bed/kitchen layout and no free pool towels. a pleasant experience and I would definitely return.

Clean and comfortable rooms with well-sized bathrooms featuring strong water flow in the shower. Excellent car parking and a pleasant pool area to relax. Lovely gardens creating a oasis vibe. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

The database was clean and updated, making it easy to navigate and find the information I needed quickly. the room had special facilities for easy access in the bathroom, which was convenient and made my stay more comfortable.

The font size on the database could be a bit small, making it slightly difficult to read for extended periods of time.

Exceptional

During our stay, the kitchenette stove top was not as clean as we had hoped. Additionally, there were not enough spoons and only one bowl, which made self-catering challenging.

Spacious rooms, modern and clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent steak at the restaurant. Gym, swimming pool, and laundry facilities available. Large TV with cable channels and good WiFi.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

I had a wonderful stay at Korte's Resort in Rockhampton. The room I stayed in was spacious and exceptionally clean. The facilities were modern and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the pool and gym were great amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for its new and clean facilities, friendly staff, and great food.

We spent Thanksgiving at a resort and it was perfect for our family. the facilities were impressive with an amazing pool and well-equipped gym. the location was ideal for us, as it was close to amenities and activities.

There was a small delay with the check-in process due to the high number of guests. Nonetheless, it wasn't a big issue, and the staff were very apologetic.

Finally, a resort that understands the importance of Wi-Fi and good food! I had the pleasure of feasting on delicious meals and browsing the internet seamlessly while enjoying the tropical oasis. Absolutely worth every penny!

Oh, who needs a perfect first impression when you can have ant trails all over your bathroom? Such a delightful surprise.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and good water flow. the resort is close to the highway but quiet. There is undercover parking and a delicious steak dinner option.

The breakfast options were lacking, as they ran out of yogurt. the cleaning of the room could be improved as the bed wasn't tidy.

Staying here was an incredible experience. This place is located in beautiful gardens, which is really relaxing. The staff were amazing; they provided a great welcome drink and room amenities, and were super friendly and helpful. The leisure swimming pool was fantastic with sun loungers and beach umbrellas to relax under.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I recently stayed at a resort just off the highway, which was a much-needed break from camping. The location was perfect, being close to a shopping complex and the caves. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a huge ensuite bathroom. The service was friendly and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The onsite restaurant had a five-star menu and the poolside dining was fantastic.

The only minor complaint was the lack of a freezer in the fridge.
