The service was impeccable, with staff on reception always available to help with any request. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a cozy sitting area and a dining table. The attention to detail was impressive, with free toiletries, an electric kettle, and even electric blankets for added comfort. The flat-screen TV and carpeted or parquet floors added a touch of luxury to the room.

The main living area was perfect for relaxing and catching up with friends. it felt like our home away from home and we can't wait to come back with more friends. The breakfast provided was excellent and Ian provided great recommendations for local restaurants. The location was convenient for exploring the rest of the area. Despite a few minor inconveniences with noisy guests and a creaky floor, our room was comfortable and well-appointed. The facilities were thoughtful and accommodating, and the quiet location made for a peaceful Blue Mountains experience. We highly recommend this guest house.

Breakfast was not worth having, with limited options. the shower in one of the rooms was not working correctly, which affected the experience negatively.
