We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Irvine. The check-in process was quick and easy, with all the necessary details provided beforehand. The room exceeded our expectations, being larger and better than anticipated. It was also nice and warm, which was perfect for the cold weather. We were pleasantly surprised to find a dining table, bathroom, and kitchen area in the room, and they were equipped with everything we needed. The hotel's central location provided easy access to restaurants and the town center. Additionally, there was plenty of space to park our car without any hassle.

Nothing that we didn't like.

The location of this guest house is fantastic, with plenty of pubs, restaurants, and takeaways just around the corner. It's a few minutes' walk from the town center, which was super convenient. Another great aspect was the room itself. We had a quadruple room with two TVs, which was unexpected but a pleasant surprise. the room was divided, giving us extra privacy, and it had a fridge, microwave, and toaster. the owner even provided a complimentary welcoming tray with water, snacks, biscuits, beer, tea, and coffee. the facilities and amenities in the room were excellent.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the Wi-Fi connection was quite poor and unreliable.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the town centre and shops, making it easy to access everything you need. It is situated in a fairly quiet area, allowing for a peaceful stay. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities such as a fridge and microwave, and I appreciate the attention to detail with coffee provided in the retractable bed. Additionally, having breakfast included was a great perk.

One minor aspect that could be improved upon was the thin walls, as it was sometimes possible to hear noise from neighboring rooms. However, overall, this hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We stayed at St Andrews Guest House for a few nights and absolutely loved it! The room was of very high standard, fresh, and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised by the lovely hospitality basket filled with food and drinks. The room had all the necessary amenities, including an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The bathroom was also clean and well-appointed. The location was convenient, with free parking available on the street. a wonderful stay!

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. I was impressed with the clean and spacious rooms, complete with basic amenities like a flat screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The location is also a plus, as it is close to restaurants, shops, pubs, and even the train station. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, with quick responses to queries and fresh towels delivered each morning. a great place to stay for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

All was more than okay, no improvements needed.
