The comfortable and quiet room at Lakeview was perfect for our short stay, conveniently close to the businesses we needed to visit and right across from Stockland shopping center. The pleasant staff did their best to assist during the ongoing renovation, with the courtesy bus service being a standout. Although minor inconveniences like cigarette odors and limited housekeeping may deter some, the bed was comfy, the shower pressure was fantastic, and the overall value for money was good.

Lakeview Hotel Motel exceeded expectations with clean, refurbished rooms. the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially after my husband's surgery. Wal's cafe offered delicious meals, making dining convenient. Great location near shopping centers and amenities.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Room was spacious and clean, which was a relief after a long day of exploring. the staff member who let me in when my friend was out was kind.

The lack of TV remote, tea towels, and the half-up blind were disappointing. the promise of a lake view was misleading as there was no lake in sight.

Had a great weekend at the hotel in Shellharbour Shopping Centre. the room was clean & tidy, perfect location for my needs. LOVED the live entertainment! Would stay again. Photos don't do justice to the rooms.

clean rooms - great location near mall and beaches - helpful staff, and good service. enjoyed Lake Illawarra foreshore walk and appreciated the discounts from the Publinc app.

I chose this hotel for a trade show due to its 25-room motel offering comfortable & affordable stays. the conference space was convenient for networking and meetings during my stay.

One service I missed for work was the lack of a reliable and fast internet connection in the rooms.

the room lacked essentials like a chair or a functional key. But the staff fixed the issues promptly. I loved the hot shower and cozy bed. the clean room was a plus. the on-site meals were delicious. I had a chuckle navigating the wonky entrance! the lack of WIFI was a letdown but the warmth of the room made up for it. All in all, a comfortable stay with some quirks.

I felt like I was in the middle of nowhere with tired room exteriors & a view of the car park. the soup in the Bistro was a real art piece with an overwhelming pepper flavor. I ended my day at the service station for dinner.

I absolutely adored feeling lost in the hotel's charm.

The staff at the hotel were like rays of sunshine on a rainy day. Always ready to help, they made me feel as if I were part of an exclusive club where kindness and hospitality reigned supreme. It was a true breath of fresh air, like finding an oasis in a desert.
