Attended a conference at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Stayed for 4 days. Impeccably clean unit. Great location near eateries and supermarket. Convenient access to G-link station for Surfers Paradise. Kids loved it too. Friendly management, lovely pool, and well-maintained outdoor area. Will return on future Gold Coast visits.

The unit at Le Lavandou Holiday Apartments was impeccably clean, with fresh carpets, cushions, and blankets. The location was fantastic, with free onsite parking and a charming pool area. Despite being an older complex, it was well maintained.

One drawback was the noise from the nearby 24-hour McDonald's drive-thru, which was a bit disruptive at night. Additionally, the unit could benefit from some updates, like better knives and a cutting board.

Located in the heart of Broadbeach, these apartments are just a short stroll away from the beautiful beach, making it a convenient choice for beach lovers. the apartments are in close proximity to a variety of shops and restaurants, providing guests with ample options for dining and entertainment.

The WiFi connection in the apartments can be unreliable, which may pose difficulties for guests who require a stable internet connection for work or personal use.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Broadbeach area. First of all, the location was perfect - close to restaurants, shops, and even the Blues festival. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. Secondly, the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that everything was in good condition and kept very clean. Lastly, the apartment itself was well equipped with all the basic amenities and the rooms were comfortable and tidy. this hotel provided great value for money and I was impressed with the attention to detail and cleanliness.

The stairs were a bit of a hassle with our luggage, and it would have been better to have a ground-level unit. We also had to remember to bring our own extra toilet paper and take out the rubbish, which was not mentioned beforehand. Overall a good experience, but with a few drawbacks to consider.
