The location near the iconic 3 Sisters was mind-blowing, surrounded by beautiful mature grounds. The bedrooms were spacious with charming antique furniture. The check-in process was super friendly and efficient, with helpful staff assisting us with our luggage. They even went above and beyond by acknowledging special occasions with chocolates and a Christmas gift. The bathroom had an abundance of luxurious toiletries and fluffy towels. Exploring the "Hallway of History" was a jaw-dropping experience, learning about the resort's rich heritage. We enjoyed a fantastic meal at Echoes as an alternative to Darley's Restaurant. The overall ambiance and proximity to trendy cafes in town added to the enjoyment. The option to open the window and enjoy the fresh mountain air was a nice touch. The reception staff were excellent; however, the breakfast experience left much to be desired. The self-service setup was shoddy with dirty tables, and the staff were not very polite. Despite this, the stay at this charming resort was truly unforgettable.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with several dining options nearby and the hotel's restaurant, Darley's, offered a pleasant dining experience. The room we stayed in was comfortable and had a nice view of the valley. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided a good variety of options and the service was prompt and efficient. The free wifi was a nice bonus and the spa facilities were top-notch.

The Lounge Bar with a stylish mahogany bar is a perfect setting to unwind and relax with pre-dinner drinks. I felt like a character from a classic film, sipping cocktails in a chic setting, adding a touch of glamour to my evening, making me feel like a movie star.

After weeks on the road, this place saved me. The rooms are lovely, with soft beds and marble bathrooms. The staff were exceptional, accommodating my client meetings and serving delicious high tea. The views of the Blue Mountains were stunning. I would highly recommend this hotel.

As bike riders, we loved the spacious room with free Wi-Fi and the large bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. The whole place had a relaxing atmosphere.

Spent Xmas with family at this charming hotel. Loved the cozy rooms and the friendly staff that made us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options and the coffee was outstanding. the location of the hotel was perfect since it was close to everything we wanted to visit. We enjoyed spending hours at the pool, it was refreshing and relaxing.

When we finally got a seat in the Lounge, we were ignored for hours. the staff seemed overwhelmed and confused, and the food order was incorrect.

This hotel provides an exclusive and luxurious Spa & wellness centre, with a variety of massages and spa treatments that surpassed my expectations. The outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful garden area, offers a peaceful and relaxing environment. The private dining services and catering options were top-notch, the food was fresh and well-prepared, and there were options for fine dining and snack bar/light bites.

The service at breakfast could have been improved. Some of the tables were not properly set, and the staff could have been more polite and attentive.

We got great value for our money with a room that had an excellent bed and view. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the 3 sisters lookout. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
