The staff was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their face. They made sure to address any issues or concerns promptly. the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. I also appreciated the fact that the rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels and a tidy bed. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of affordable bars and restaurants nearby.

One minor inconvenience was the limited check-in times, as we had to wait until 2pm to check-in on our second day. It required us to adjust our plans a bit, but it wasn't a major issue.

We got great value for our money with spacious rooms, a huge shower, and all the amenities we needed. The location was in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the subway. The staff, especially Augustina and Renzo, were professional, kind, and spoke English fluently.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.
