Heated bathroom floors, well-stocked extras, and nice decor. Great bed, big bath. Varied breakfast. Fireplace on all levels, including near the spa. Cute little instructions for using amenities like Netflix and coffee machine. Outstanding views. Complimentary breakfast was perfect. Comfy bed, couches, and chairs. Seamless rainforest experience.

This hotel was a luxurious and exclusive retreat. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a Jacuzzi, massage, body wraps and beauty treatments. The treatment room was intimate, peaceful and relaxing. The garden area was beautifully maintained with a sun terrace for outdoor dining. Our room had exclusive advantages with an in-room breakfast, an outdoor dining area and private facilities. The location advantages included being close to quirky shops and eateries.

The only minor negative was the reception was self-service at check-out time, which lacked personal interaction. However, the exceptional service and amenities throughout the stay more than compensated for this.

What a fantastic new year we had! The secluded location made us feel like we were in our own little world. The breakfast included was simply delicious and an unexpected bonus. We also loved the spa and sauna which were perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The open concept of the room was a real highlight and we enjoyed spending time surrounded by the beautiful nature.

There wasn't much to dislike about our stay, but one minor inconvenience was the unreliable internet, which we needed for work. the bathroom products available for purchase felt a bit tacky and out of place in such a luxurious setting.
