I had a fantastic stay. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and has great facilities. The pool and fitness center were open and in good condition. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were extra fluffy. The location on the outskirts of the city was perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even helped me find a great restaurant in the area.

We hadn't stayed at Best Western in years, but after our recent stay at this hotel, we're definitely coming back! The room was spacious and comfortable, with little touches like cookies in the lobby and water bottles in the room. The staff went above and beyond, being friendly, helpful, and even giving a little girl a bracelet kit just for fun. The breakfast guy was outstanding, always cheerful and knowledgeable. We were pleasantly surprised by the happy hour with free drinks and snacks. The shuttle service to Frontier Days was a wonderful convenience. Thank you to the amazing staff!

The staff went above and beyond by calling us about tornado warnings and adjusting our rate due to the delay in checking in. The Grab-N-Go breakfast option was a great alternative, and the continental breakfast had the best selection we've ever seen at a hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Dog owners will appreciate the pet-friendly amenities and clean-up stations. a great stay that we will definitely repeat.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable, with a good bed and all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the breakfast they offered, complete with green Chile sauce, was a delicious way to start the day.
