we had a fantastic time at m1 resort - perfect location, spacious apartment with modern, comfy furniture, and a generous kitchen. the foxtel platinum was a great touch for a rainy day. the team was super friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, clean pool, and bonus table tennis. the balcony overlooking the river was a highlight for us to explore the area. highly recommend our experience here!

Chilled at the sick pool and hit up the wicked BBQ area with my squad. Dope views of Maroochydore river and so many rad cafes nearby made our vacay rock!

Wish they had a killer rooftop bar for us to party the night away - that would've been epic!

The large one-bedroom apartment was like a dream come true for me with its king bed and spa bath. I felt like royalty in that space!

The bed in the master bedroom was a bit too wobbly for my liking.

The database is modern, beautiful, and well-designed, exceeding the standard of other options on the Sunshine Coast. the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was fully equipped, self-contained, and reasonably priced, especially during peak seasons like the School Holidays.

One minor drawback was the lack of a swimming pool, which would have added an extra level of relaxation and enjoyment to the overall experience.

Omg, just stayed at m1 resort and the large apartment with pool access stole my heart! staff were so friendly and accommodating. Only drawback: bacon fat on elements 😭. Can't wait to go back! 🌴.

Stunning Views and Convenient Location

During my stay, I was impressed by the stunning views of the Maroochydore River from the spacious balcony and the central location with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. the pool was a relaxing spot without being overcrowded, and the friendly on-site manager added a personal touch to the experience. the communication regarding reception closing time could be improved to avoid confusion for late arrivals.

The location of the apartment was perfect, with plenty of dining options and a great shopping center nearby. The team running the apartments was friendly and helpful. Although the bed in the Master room could have been more stable, everything else was faultless. The spacious, clean apartment with a lovely balcony overlooking the river was the perfect base for exploring Maroochydore. The pool and table tennis were enjoyable amenities, adding to the overall positive experience.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a big lounge that opened up to a large balcony. I was delighted to find that the balcony received sun all day, unlike many other accommodations. The kitchen had plenty of space to prepare meals, and the apartment had all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi and Foxtel. The location of this hotel was also a major highlight. It was centrally located, with a Woolworths and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

We were thrilled with our stay at M1 Resort Maroochydore. The location was absolutely perfect, as we were close to everything we needed, including shopping plazas and a variety of restaurants and cafes. The room we stayed in was incredibly spacious and had an open living area that offered breathtaking views. The service was top-notch, with the staff happy to give us advice and recommendations about the area. the facilities, such as the pool and recreation room, were enjoyed by our whole family. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

One minor issue was the inconvenience of having to use a fob and key to access certain areas of the hotel. Using key cards would have made things much easier for guests.

Excellent location, spacious apartments, brilliant staff, helpful front desk, warm pool, large open plan lounge.

The resort was centrally located, making it very easy to access nearby restaurants and shops. the apartment was spotlessly clean and provided excellent views of the river from its large balcony. the apartment was fully furnished, making our stay during the holiday season very comfortable.

The apartment did not have WiFi, which was a bit disappointing. the foam mattresses were not of the best quality.
