A bit disappointed when the indoor pool was closed, had to march to it in the cold with the granddaughter who I'd promised a fun swim. TV seemed tiny but didn't ruin the good times. Loved the buffet, room service, and daily clean-up – worth every penny. Friendly staff made it feel like home. Bonus: 10% off ! A satisfying stay overall. And let's not forget the room-view garden, complete with wildlife! .

An ideal base for exploring wine region. I had a blast trying golf and dining at the award-winning restaurant. Lots of facilities and attractions made my stay fabulous!

Who needs newspapers or traditional teas anymore?

Just returned from a lovely stay at this grand property. the surroundings were serene, with ducks, birds, and pademelons roaming around. the restaurants were great for a relaxing evening, and I didn't have to worry about driving back. the bed linen was crisp and clean, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. And the fluffy white towels were a nice touch. I was very pleased with the accommodations.

We had an issue with our shower, but the staff quickly upgraded us to a suite with a walk-in shower. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view of the golf course was beautiful. We'll definitely be coming back!

The Water Garden Cafe is conveniently located close to shops and only a short distance from the town center. It offers a pleasant atmosphere with beautiful views of the golf course. Additionally, the hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport for a reasonable fee of $40. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast at the cafe and make use of facilities like the spa and heated pool.

The buffet breakfast at the hotel may not meet the expectations of those looking for a luxurious dining experience.

As a tourist, I loved the wide range of activities and amenities available at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, and the housekeeping team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the food at the on-site restaurants was brilliant. The beautiful countryside views and the opportunity to see wallabies added to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The pool, gym, and other facilities were excellent, and there were plenty of options for entertainment, such as playing tennis, enjoying live music.

Felt at home, no complaints whatsoever.

While our room lacked small details such as a notepad and biscuits, we enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the nice meal at the restaurant in the evenings. We also had fun at the golf range and appreciated the many on-site activities. Despite the service at the dining restaurant being slow, the front reception staff were always helpful and tried to fix any issue.

We stayed at this venue for eight nights and enjoyed the comfortable room. Although we would have appreciated more seating area, we were impressed by the spa, sauna and pool facilities, as well as the beautiful gardens.

The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I loved the mirror in the bathroom that didn't fog up from the steam, and the fact that we got a free room upgrade was a pleasant surprise. the little balcony was amazing, and we enjoyed hearing the beautiful birds singing right outside.

We had to go out for breakfast because we found the hotel breakfast very expensive. the noise from adjacent rooms was a bit of a disturbance, and I wish there were bikes to hire.

Nothing to fault.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, being surrounded by a beautiful golf course and lots of wildlife. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still close enough to easily explore the area. We especially loved being able to feed the ducks and other birds near the river. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from our balcony were stunning, overlooking the golf area and lake. And the value for money was absolutely fabulous!

Although our overall experience was amazing, we did have a slight issue with the buffet food. It was not edible and we had to leave after only a few bites.
