As a tourist, I loved the wide range of activities and amenities available at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, and the housekeeping team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the food at the on-site restaurants was brilliant. The beautiful countryside views and the opportunity to see wallabies added to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The pool, gym, and other facilities were excellent, and there were plenty of options for entertainment, such as playing tennis, enjoying live music.

Felt at home, no complaints whatsoever.

While our room lacked small details such as a notepad and biscuits, we enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the nice meal at the restaurant in the evenings. We also had fun at the golf range and appreciated the many on-site activities. Despite the service at the dining restaurant being slow, the front reception staff were always helpful and tried to fix any issue.

We stayed at this venue for eight nights and enjoyed the comfortable room. Although we would have appreciated more seating area, we were impressed by the spa, sauna and pool facilities, as well as the beautiful gardens.

The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I loved the mirror in the bathroom that didn't fog up from the steam, and the fact that we got a free room upgrade was a pleasant surprise. the little balcony was amazing, and we enjoyed hearing the beautiful birds singing right outside.

We had to go out for breakfast because we found the hotel breakfast very expensive. the noise from adjacent rooms was a bit of a disturbance, and I wish there were bikes to hire.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, being surrounded by a beautiful golf course and lots of wildlife. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still close enough to easily explore the area. We especially loved being able to feed the ducks and other birds near the river. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from our balcony were stunning, overlooking the golf area and lake. And the value for money was absolutely fabulous!

Although our overall experience was amazing, we did have a slight issue with the buffet food. It was not edible and we had to leave after only a few bites.
