Delightful stay with a touch of elegance. Loved the local dining options and easy access to public transport. Such a shame I had to clean my own room and the communal facilities! So much for a luxurious hotel experience!

The room was comfortable and clean, with soft and fresh linen and good pillows. The shared bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The building had a high-end look, with clean and well-painted surfaces. The location was great, with easy access to taxi services and a Woolworths Metro nearby. There were also plenty of food shops and cafes in the area. it was an easy and enjoyable experience.

There were no elevators in the hotel, only stairs. This could be an issue for guests with mobility challenges or heavy luggage.

I recently stayed at Jensen Potts Point for a weekend getaway and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and even though we had to share a bathroom, it was always kept spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the addition of air conditioning was a bonus. The small fridge in the room and the supply of towels were convenient touches. I highly recommend Jensen Potts Point for its great location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

my stay at the jensen potts point was fantastic. the staff was helpful and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. i especially appreciated the complementary amenities like coffee and snacks in the room.

The location was perfect, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. Additionally, it was conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to explore this city.

I stayed at The Jensen Potts Point for a few nights and it was perfect for my needs. The location is fantastic, conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was, especially the shared bathroom which was always well-maintained. The small reception area was sufficient, although it may be a bit challenging for those with heavy luggage. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning was a nice bonus. I also appreciated the sink in the room and the small fridge. The hotel provided a good supply of towels and even had umbrellas available in the lobby. The locked front door added an extra level of security, and each guest was assigned a room card. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The split system in the room provided the perfect temperature control when it was working. We also appreciated the convenience of the bag storage option before and after check-in/out.

Although the shared bathrooms were small and the room had a musty smell, the convenient positioning of the lodge made it easy for us to access transportation and city sights. Close proximity to cafes and bistros was also a plus.

We recently stayed at a wonderfully designed hotel in a great location. the room we had at Jensen Potts Point was beautiful, with a shared bathroom that was no issue at all. the bedroom had a sink, so we didn't always need to use the bathroom. the room was well-equipped with tea/coffee facilities, a fridge, and a comfortable bed. the hotel also had a kitchenette area downstairs with useful amenities like a microwave and toaster. the location was fantastic, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby. We also loved the picturesque walk through the botanical gardens to reach the harbor and Opera House.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. it was a great value for money and a wonderful place to stay.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Jensen Potts Point. the room was modern, classy, and had a Parisian charm. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed the warm temperature inside without needing to use the heater. the shared bathrooms were clean, private, and easily accessible. the location was perfect, with great bars and restaurants nearby, as well as convenient shops. We will definitely book here again on our next visit to this excellent boutique hotel. the staff were friendly and professional, adding to the overall great experience.

The room quality and cleanliness were satisfactory. The small kitchenette with toaster, kettle, microwave, and fridge was a nice addition. The location was also convenient, with a 10-minute walk to the nearest station and a pleasant stroll to the waterfront.

Some guests had issues with the air conditioner, which was ineffective during the hot weather. The shared bathrooms were small and impractical, with limited space and awkward layouts.
