I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. the location of this place is incredible - it's very close to the theme park, making it extremely convenient for guests. Additionally, I loved how easy it was to get into the Italian restaurant here. The service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. Another fantastic aspect of this hotel was the room amenities. From the comfortable beds to the stunning balcony views, everything was designed with the utmost comfort in mind. The staff were also extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was nothing short of perfect.

The hotel has a great pool area and the breakfast buffet was really good with plenty of choices. the location was also very convenient, as it was just a short walk to the main shopping district and restaurants. the rooms were also spacious and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.

The customer service was not up to par as we experienced delays in check-in and the staff was not very friendly or helpful. the Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable which made it difficult to stay connected.

We booked a room for three and enjoyed half board, along with access to Portaventura and Ferrari World. The staff, especially Perla at reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room had excellent AC, which was essential for our summer trip. The dinners and breakfasts offered a wide variety of tasty options, and the amount of food we received for the price was impressive. The property itself was peaceful, allowing us to relax by the pool and enjoy the serene atmosphere. Our room was cozy and comfortable, and the housekeeping even went above and beyond to ensure our sofa bed was properly prepared. Checking out was a breeze, and we were able to hold onto our room keycards for continued access to Portaventura. it was a delightful experience.

Loved the snack bar where I indulged in sandwiches, hot dogs, and focaccias while feeling like I was in the Caribbean. The hotel's tropical gardens and dream rooms transported me to a unique Costa Dorada setting. The special rates and Express passes added to the incredible park experiences.

Who needs to play with toys or snorkel in the pool? The strict rules and early pool closures made it so enjoyable.
