The beds were super comfy, and the whole place was spotless, perfect for our family getaway. the fantastic options for kids kept them entertained all day, loved the family movie nights and playground. Enjoyed the relaxation by the beach and the heated pool; it was so nice and chill. the arcade games in the games room were a hit with the kiddos, but it would've been better if they were free or if there was a cash machine available. 🌴.

Pros: Had the best Hungarian beef stew nearby! Chalet was clean & cozy, perfect for families.

Mattresses felt like rocks, time to upgrade! Could use a comfier sofa for movie nights.

The outdoor lagoon pool with a feature stone wall was a highlight for me, providing a relaxing spot to unwind after a long day. the wide steps and ladder made it easy to enter, and the large rainbow-colored waterslide added a fun element to the experience. I appreciated the proximity of the beach to the Villa, and the cleanliness of the premises, including the lovely gardens and well-maintained pools. the facilities catered well to families, with great options for kids' entertainment like movie nights and the playground.

Our family stayed at the Mandalay Resort, where our grandchild participated in the Iron Kids event. the beach cottage was cozy, immaculate, and well-equipped. the friendly staff, heated pool, and tidy gardens made our stay comfortable. the facilities for families were excellent, including the clean pools and well-stocked kitchen. We've already booked for next year!

Excellent Facilities and Outstanding Cleanliness

The facilities at the resort were exceptional, especially the well-equipped kitchen and Nespresso machine. the cleanliness of the premises, including the glamping tents and shared bathrooms, was outstanding. it would be beneficial to provide more table tennis tables and bats to enjoy.

Glamping tents were luxurious, perfect for a touch of glamour. Spending the afternoon at the tidal swimming enclosure was delightful. Enjoyed the open living area with all amenities. Mini golf was epic!

Loved the "enclosed pool" with the blinds rolled up on freezing days.

I recently had an amazing experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk across the road from the beach and only 5km from the Town Centre. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the premises was outstanding, with the grounds and cabins always being kept spotless. The facilities were top-notch, including the pools and slide, the bouncy cushion, and the well-equipped playground for the kids. I also appreciated the convenience of the onsite DVD hire and the lockable gate on the verandah for added safety. this place exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to return.

The location was really convenient, close enough to shops and major tourist areas but still had a peaceful atmosphere. the facilities were really well-maintained and the indoor pool was a great bonus in the colder months. the kids really enjoyed the playgrounds and bouncy pillows.

The rooms were far too small and cramped, it was difficult to move around with even just a few people inside. the cabin was also quite outdated and could do with a bit of a refresh.

The chalet was extremely clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The resort had well-maintained gardens and a beautiful park-like setting. The staff were friendly and provided excellent suggestions for local tourist activities. The location was perfect, right on the beach and within easy reach of the city center.
