My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the staff were super friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed right away. the room was very clean and nicely decorated, with a modern bathroom. Mumma's Eats 'n' Sweets provided delicious breakfasts, which were inclusive in the stay. the location was perfect, right in the centre, making it easy to walk to cafes, events on the foreshore, and other attractions like King Carnival and Dolphin Quay. the outdoor swimming pool was a nice touch, clean and refreshing after a day of exploring.

One minor improvement could be adding a small table and chairs outside the room to enjoy a quick coffee or drink before heading out. It would enhance the experience for guests who prefer to relax outdoors.

As young holiday goers, we loved the convenient parking right outside our room. The staff were friendly and quickly replaced a malfunctioning television. Close to supermarkets, eateries, and tourist attractions. Best choice for our next visit!

The location was key with easy access to cafes, restaurants and other attractions. We loved the peaceful surroundings and enjoyed strolling around the nearby parks and beaches.

We had to leave one suitcase on the floor as there was only one surface available. the room was poorly lit and there weren't enough power points for our devices.
