had an amazing long term stay in chiclana. hipotels exceeded my expectations with their comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff. the pool and beach bar added to a perfect vacation experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to be in direct touch with nature. It is situated right next to a beautiful beach, allowing guests to enjoy stunning views and easy access to the water. Additionally, there are fantastic beachside restaurants in Novo Sancti Petri, where guests can indulge in delicious local cuisine.

Although the hotel offers a range of facilities and amenities, the limited hours for certain services can be inconvenient. The spa, pool, and making reservations all have different schedules, which may not always be reasonable, especially during peak seasons.

Wonderful beach, clean waters, and white sand. Spacious rooms with a great view. Excellent service and top-quality food for breakfast and dinner. Quiet location and an amazing breakfast. Will definitely come back.

the buffet food was delicious, with a wide variety that changed daily. the junior suite was spacious and had an excellent sea view. the hotel had all the amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel, including easy access to the beach, an indoor pool, and a separate sitting area in the room. the staff provided exceptional service, always greeting with a smile. I especially appreciated the care they took in preparing daily food for babies.

The room had stunning views of the pool and beach, making for breathtaking sunsets. the quality of the food was impressive, with plenty of healthy options and personalized attention from friendly staff. the spa facilities were delightful, especially after long days exploring the nearby historic towns.

Parking was also limited and costly. the vegetarian options at lunch and dinner could be more varied.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. the Spa & wellness centre offered a variety of treatments including body wraps and massages. the outdoor swimming pool area had a sun terrace, beach umbrellas and access to the beachfront. the restaurant had a delicious buffet breakfast with special diet menus available. the staff were accommodating with in-room breakfast. the room had exclusive advantages, such as a private Sauna, and was spacious and clean.

The dinner service was limited to the restaurant, and the snack bar was closed during the main service hours. the packed lunches were made available upon request, as well as make-up services.
