Although the hotel is older, it is well-maintained and conveniently located near great dining options and attractions like the Wheel of Brisbane and Brisbane City Botanic Gardens, fostering family bonding. the relaxed atmosphere and comfortable bed enhanced our experience, despite minor room amenities lacking.

The hotel's decor was charming and cozy, with lovely touches that made me feel right at home, especially as a senior lady. the sitting areas were well-appointed and easily accessible for those of us who prefer a slower pace. It was delightful to see beautiful Australian Indigenous artworks displayed throughout, adding a unique touch to the atmosphere.

Would appreciate more thoughtful services for seniors; the children working there could provide better assistance.

Price surged during footy weekend. Andrew at reception was exceptional. Great location near Queen Street Mall, but parking isn't convenient at night.

I stayed three nights while attending a workshop nearby. Room had kitchen stuff and easy walk to food shops. Staff friendly, and they organized late check-in for me. I'm always nervous about flying, but they helped when my plane was delayed last minute.
