The hotel location, staff, and service were superb. Hot drinks at breakfast were a nice touch, and the breakfast itself was delicious and had vegan options. The hotel was accommodating and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. Spacious, well-kept rooms were a bonus.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location was superb, right in the heart of the bustling pedestrian area. It was so convenient to have shops and commercial services right at our doorstep. The staff provided excellent service, always going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The hotel is located in the city centre, which makes it very easy to get around and explore. the staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations on local places to visit. the restaurant had great food with excellent service.

The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating. the Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable, making it difficult for business travellers.
