The facilities were fine; gym and sauna were good, no pool. Lobby was huge with lots of places to sit. Reception was friendly. the room setup and decor were great. the pillow was fantastic. Heating was nice. Bed was cozy. Staff was top-notch, wifi was steady. Air-con worked perfectly; room cleanliness was spotless. Area lacked soundproofing, rest was a breeze. Small room had its charm. Restaurant menu was decent. Didn't always clear dirty cups, and room tight spots made for interesting mornings. All in all, a decent stay. Cheers! .

Another win? the quirky repurposing of an old hospital into a modern hotel. Nearby joints like Chew Burger and Red Bean Coffee were bonza. Cons: the dunnies were tiny and the shower head situation was a bit whack, but still, nothing a true foodie can't handle! .

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a great experience. The location was perfect for me as it was close to where I needed to go in the city. Plus, it was easy to get around with public transport, as there was a tram that took me to the city center in about 40 minutes. The staff was amazing; they were always friendly and willing to help. They even helped me change to a larger room, which I was very happy with. The room itself was comfortable, although a bit small. But considering the price, it was expected. The room service was delicious and the wifi connection was stable, which was a plus.

We were upgraded to a spacious room upon check-in, which had everything we needed for our activities. the shower was large enough for a group, and the bed was equally generous. the room was well-furnished with various surfaces and furniture, adding a unique touch to our stay.
