I loved how close the hotel was to everything - the beach, restaurants, and the Entertainment Centre. I didn't even need my car during my stay! The hotel facilities were great, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were amazing and very accommodating, especially when my partner needed gluten-free food.

The service could be improved. Communication regarding a lost wallet was also poor, with multiple follow, ups required.

Our recent stay at Koombana Bay was fantastic. The location near the Bunbury foreshore and restaurants was perfect. We loved the modern and spacious room with all the facilities we needed. The bar and restaurant provided a relaxing atmosphere and the staff were pleasant. The undercover parking was a bonus, although we would choose to park in the back bays next time. Despite a minor issue with noise from outside the hotel, we still had a great time. The property was within walking distance of the town center and the ocean, which we found convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break.

Our keys didn't work and parking was a joke. Cleaning staff barged in before check-out time and we didn't receive any milk for our drinks.

My stay at Bunbury Hotel Koombana Bay was fantastic! The room was well laid out, spacious, and impeccably clean. I loved the big windows that let in plenty of natural light and the comfortable bed with many pillows. The hotel is in a great location, with easy walking distance to the beach and central shops and restaurants. The dinner in the restaurant was also a highlight - the fish was delicious and the pizza was the freshest I've had in a long time. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect holiday experience.

There could have been towels available in the swimming area, but Reception was accommodating and provided them upon request.

We were initially unsure about coming to this place, but we ended up having a fantastic weekend getaway. The location is really central and easily accessible, with shops and bars just a short walk away. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with all the amenities we needed, including a well-stocked kitchenette. The indoor pool with a spa was a great addition, and we even enjoyed a walk down to the nearby beach. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

Although the price was a bit on the higher side, the quality and comfort of the room made it worth it. The only minor downside was the pillows, which were a bit too firm for our liking.
