Complementary happy hour was a nice touch.

My experience at Lancemore Crossley St was disappointing. The lack of staff presence at the entrance made my arrival challenging, especially with heavy luggage and multiple stairs. Additionally, check-in felt uninviting, as the clerk seemed disinterested and the overall decor lacked warmth, giving the impression of a cheap motel rather than a hotel rated 'Exceptional. ' I also found the room's dark theme quite oppressive, and the unconventional hanging arrangements left much to be desired.

the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the theatre district and close to many shops and eateries! the boutique style of the hotel gives it charm. loved the breakfast options and the snacks in the room were fairly priced! super friendly staff were always helpful and made my stay enjoyable.
