We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a modern and clean bathroom. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a spacious and well-designed room with a huge, comfortable bed. The friendly and helpful staff provided us with warm and personalized service from check-in to check-out. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was situated in the city center and close to popular attractions such as China Town, Federation Square, and the Yarra River.

Great hotel with a little kitchen in the room. The staff were amazing, always willing to help. The location was amazing, just minutes away from the city centre metro and Chinatown. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms were clean and modern. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the theatre district and right near some fantastic restaurants. The staff are friendly and efficient, offering helpful advice on nearby amenities. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with amenities such as a kitchen area and a large screen TV. The breakfast offers a great variety of choice, including a selection of fresh fruit.

The water temperature in the bathroom is unnecessarily hot, posing a risk of scalding.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the complementary wine and chocolates in the room were a lovely touch. the location was perfect for exploring the city and we were able to walk to many great restaurants and attractions. We also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel lobby.

The room was a bit smaller than we expected and the bathroom could have been cleaner. the check-in process took longer than anticipated, but the staff were friendly and helpful once we were checked in.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with impeccable service and luxurious amenities. the Jacuzzi and the sun terrace were perfect for relaxation and lounging. the room advantages were exclusive and comfortable, with a private dining area and in, room breakfast. the bar area offered refreshing drinks and delicious snacks , perfect for an evening wind, down.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of outdoor dining areas. While the picnic area was lovely, we wished for more options to enjoy a meal al fresco.
