The staff at this hotel were fantastic! They were so helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. the location was excellent, right across the road from the beach and close to all the cafes, restaurants, and shops in town. the breakfast at Bellakai was superb, and the beach access was fabulous, definitely going back there. the hotel is in the best location, being close to everything you could want.

It would be great if this hotel could provide some type of sunshade for the beach to enhance guests' comfort during their beach visits. the hotel could consider improving the Wi-Fi service to ensure all guests can enjoy a seamless online experience.

We hit up the Hotel Triplets Entertainment and had the time of our lives! the location was sick, everything we needed was nearby. the room setup was lit, and the staff was chill!

I wish there were more rad party options for us night owls looking to keep the good times rolling!

I absolutely loved the amazing view, spacious rooms, and fantastic facilities at this hotel. As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the fact that the hotel had amenities that were accessible and convenient for me. The staff were also extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist not just me, but other guests as well. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance and no need for a car. a wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic time staying here! The location was amazing, right on the beach with beautiful views of the water. We loved being able to step out of the hotel and be on the beach within seconds. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our check-in quick and easy. They even accommodated our request for a higher level room, which was greatly appreciated. The amenities here were great too, with a swimming pool, tennis court, and BBQ facilities available for guests to use. We definitely recommend this place to families looking for a wonderful beachside getaway.

The room we were assigned was noisy due to its proximity to the lifts on the ground floor, and the poor soundproofing made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The breathtaking ocean view from my room at Mantra Coolangatta Beach was truly mesmerizing, allowing me to watch surfers catching waves and whales passing by. I appreciated the helpful receptionist who not only ordered my taxi but also reminded me to stay in touch due to the taxi service's reliability issues.
