Spacious and Soundproof Rooms in a Great Location

I enjoyed the spacious and soundproof rooms at this hotel, providing a comfortable and quiet stay in a bustling city. the location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Melbourne without much hassle. there were some cleanliness issues that the hotel needs to address.

service issues arose, including room discrepancies, lack of housekeeping, and unstocked amenities. Despite some inconveniences, the spacious room and bathroom were notable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel for a few nights and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location was absolutely perfect, tucked away in a quiet end of a lane way, yet still close to bustling coffee shops and the tram routes on Bourke and William Streets. It was so convenient being in the heart of the CBD area, with everything I could possibly need right at my fingertips.

I would highly recommend this hotel to any family or traveler seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff were accommodating and the location was fantastic.

We absolutely loved the extra large room with a kitchenette at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The bathroom had both a bath and a shower, which was great. Despite being a bit away from the foodie district, the price reflected that, and the tram stop was close by. The location was perfect for us as we were able to walk to the markets and Chinatown and take the tram back. We were also delighted by the excellent Korean/Chinese restaurant just 50m away, with the option for takeaways. it was a great stay and the spacious room and helpful staff made it perfect for our family.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the soundproofing, as we didn't hear any noise from other rooms or outside traffic. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with numerous restaurants and eateries just a short walk away, especially in Hardware Lane. It's also conveniently close to all the main attractions in the city, but surprisingly quiet for a restful night's sleep. The room was well-equipped and spacious, with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The breakfast included a delicious selection of freshly cooked hot foods, pastries, fresh fruit, and cereal. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

A mix-up with our room allocation, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and ensured that our room still met our requirements.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with great housekeeping. the beds were comfortable and the pillows were soft. the location was fantastic, as we were able to easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. the staff at the restaurant were welcoming and the meals were excellent.

We asked for information about nearby stores and public transportation, but they were unable to provide accurate answers. while there were a few negatives, our experience at the hotel was enjoyable and we would consider staying there again.
