I had the worst experience with the receptionist—she was rude and held my room key hostage until I listened to her. It escalated quickly, and I felt intimidated, almost like I was going to get arrested for standing up for myself.

I spent Christmas at this cozy resort and it was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the local CBD and close to beautiful beaches. Our room was super spacious with a lovely view of the water, which made for great sunset vibes. Plus, the staff were really friendly and even let us check in early! We enjoyed some delicious meals at the restaurant—definitely a highlight!

While the room was spacious and clean, I could hear my neighbor’s conversations, which was a bit disruptive. The location was fantastic, close to beaches and activities like Nelson Head Lighthouse. Enjoying the pool with my baby was lovely, making it a nice family trip overall.
