As an environmental scientist and avid surfer, I appreciate Platinum International's efforts in sustainability. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, and excellent service made my stay enjoyable. A few minor hiccups with amenities didn't overshadow the positive experience. I look forward to returning and enjoying the onsite restaurant next time! .

The Spa Suite provided added indulgence for a special occasion. the very nice, spacious room and extra parking were much appreciated. the rooms are clean and smell nice, with a clean bathroom and cups. In-room dining breakfast was delicious.

The spa bath in our room was much larger than expected and the shower head was amazing. The unique extras like the bathroom dispenser and delicious biscuits were a pleasant surprise. The location was great with plenty of shops nearby. The spacious and clean room was a delight, and we even got to smoke on the balcony. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, and we enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor dining area. The spa and wellness centre was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. the service, location, and facilities were top-notch!

I also enjoyed the comfortable lounge chairs in the room. it was a central and convenient place to stay, with everything I needed.

That it was not located in the city center, but the hotel made up for it with its convenient location to other attractions.
