This hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are clean and spacious, perfect for a short stay. The staff is friendly and provides great customer service. The breakfast buffet is impressive, with a good spread of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to food courts, nightclubs, and the town center.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Visit during fasting month, breakfast can be claimed before 5pm. Good initiatives, more menu needed. Plenty of parking, near town. Ample parking, big room, good location. 2nd floor stay, nice staff. Big, clean room. Good shower pressure, controllable temperature. All Malaysia TV channels working. Set menu with extra voucher. Big room, clean bathroom. Practical shower area. Floor stays dry. No payment until check-in time.

During our stay at Grand Court, we were delighted by the high water pressure in the bathroom and the spaciousness of the room. The practical shower area with a sliding door ensured that the floor outside remained dry. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was close to central Teluk Intan and major roads. With a reasonable price, it offered good value for money, especially for visiting family during Eid. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with high water pressure in the bathrooms. The staff is friendly and attentive to guests' needs. the hotel serves a good buffet spread for breakfast.

Some guests have reported noise issues due to the hotel's proximity to a main road and the presence of a KTV.

The hotel did have a very good smell in the room, which was pleasant, and the location was very central, which was convenient for our city trip. the hotel did provide a salon facility, and my spouse enjoyed the relaxing Thai massage center after our long drives.

The breakfast provided by the hotel was very poor with limited options, and we were not happy with the room service since they did not provide us with a fridge unless we requested and paid extra for it. ironing was not available in the room, but only in the corridor, which seemed very unprofessional.
