The meeting space was so cozy with French doors for a grand entrance, I almost expected a red carpet. the spa was like stepping into a dream! At least I didn't have to worry about parking.

staying at Mercure was a delight. the room decor had a charming old, world feel with warm lighting, and the bathroom had thoughtful features like low, level lighting. the on, site restaurant, Azzuri, served excellent food in a cozy ambiance by the wood fire. having a carport was convenient, especially in winter, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

Staying here exceeded my expectations. This place was set in beautiful gardens that made me feel like I was staying on a resort. It was centrally located, with other local attractions not far away. The room was equipped with everything I could need, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and TV, so I could stay entertained. The dining area had a garden view, which made eating the delicious food even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering room service and cleaning services, with a shuttle service available to take me where I needed to go.

The room I stayed in had an undercover carpark, with comfortable beds and chairs for a relaxing stay. the location by the beautiful lakeside, amongst trees and water, provided a serene setting to wake up to. the showerhead was positioned perfectly, elevating the shower experience. Facilities like a full kitchen in the two-bedroom apartment and a courtyard outside added convenience and relaxation.

Customer service fell short upon check-in, lacking professionalism.

The bed situation was a bit wonky, felt like Goldilocks trying out different porridges! the restaurant nailed it, and the undercover parking saved me from Aussie rain surprises. the pool—a leafy adventure of its own! And the pre-heated room—cue the cozy vibes. the staff? Top-notch. Easy to find, no-fuss spot for a travel tale!

The air conditioning in the room was quite noisy and disruptive to our sleep. Finally, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and difficult to connect to, which made it challenging to stay connected with the outside world.
