The pools and venue were beautiful and will attract return guests. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The location by the ocean provided a perfect view. The breakfast was good, although slow at refilling. The phone in our room was out of order.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the spaciousness and decor of the villas. the stunning bathrooms with glass ceilings were a delightful surprise. Another advantage was the access to the members-only clubhouse, which provided exclusive amenities and services. Additionally, the hotel's location near key attractions and scenic spots added to the overall experience.

There were some drawbacks to our stay. the check-in process took longer than expected, causing a delay in enjoying the day.

The tidy and air-conditioned kiddie playground was a plus. As budget travelers, we appreciated the allowance to bring in food and consume it in the room, although corkage applied if consumed outside. The staff also allowed us to continue using the pool even after checking out. It was a great location with a beautiful beach and friendly staff. The breakfast offered plenty of food choices.

The buffet breakfast served was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The Games Room for the kids was a highlight, equipped with brand new PS4s and a stunning pool table. my time at Thunderbird Resorts was nothing short of 5-star quality service.
